tmt55 Terms & Conditions and Platform Rules

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the tmt55 platform ("website", "service", "we") in any way, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to follow these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the platform.

This document is a legally binding agreement between tmt55 and the player, directed specifically at players in Myanmar. Anyone who uses the platform is considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

tmt55 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page from time to time.

Account Registration Requirements

To register an account with tmt55, the following requirements must be met:

• Must be aged 21 or above.
• Must be a Myanmar citizen or a person with legal right of residence under applicable law.
• Registration must be done personally as a player, and each person may only open one account.
• All information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and loss of withdrawal rights.

One Account Per Person Policy

Each person may only open one account at tmt55. Opening a second account from the same IP address, payment method, or device may be treated as a duplicate account. If duplicate accounts are found, bonuses will be forfeited and the accounts may be closed.

Account Security

Players must keep their password private and must not share it with anyone. Players are responsible for all activity that occurs on their account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact customer support immediately.

Deposits

Deposits at tmt55 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, and this minimum applies to all payment methods.

• Select the exact amount you wish to deposit and keep a record of the transfer.
• Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only.
• Deposits using a third party's payment method are not allowed — you may only deposit using an account in your own name.
• Deposits should appear instantly. If there is a delay, please contact customer support.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals will only be processed to your registered payment method and are normally completed within one hour.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals can be processed.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met — see the Bonus section below.

Welcome Bonus

tmt55 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. This bonus cannot be withdrawn immediately — you must complete bonus amount x 15 times in wagering before it can be withdrawn.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 50,000 Ks. You must wager 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example 2 — Deposit 140,000 Ks, receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 240,000 Ks. You must wager 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus can only be received once. Opening duplicate accounts to get around the one-account rule may result in a permanent ban.
• You can log in to your account to check your wagering progress.
• If you withdraw while the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus funds may be forfeited.

VIP Level Promotions

tmt55 has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Contact customer support to find out how to move up to the next VIP level.

Promotion Terms

If any fraud or collusion related to promotion participation is found, or if deliberate bonus exploitation is detected, tmt55 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and close the account without prior notice.

tmt55 protects the fairness of game outcomes using SSL encryption and an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Game results are produced in a way that neither the player nor the platform can predict in advance.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using software or bots to play, access accounts, or claim bonuses
• Match-fixing or deliberately playing to lose
• Network and financial fraud
• Repeatedly exploiting a payment error without authorisation

If any of these behaviours are found, tmt55 has the right to close the account immediately and forfeit all funds including bonuses.

Game Types

tmt55 offers a wide range of games including football betting, slots, live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), Poker, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, and crash games (such as Aviator and JetX). Payment terms and support conditions may vary depending on the game type and platform provider.

• Players' payment details are not stored on the platform and are handled directly by the payment processors.
• Game history and payment records are kept for the legally required period.
• If you want to update your personal information, you can contact customer support.

tmt55's Right to Act

tmt55 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• When activity suspected of fraud or money laundering is found
• When false registration details are provided during KYC verification
• When it is found that an account was opened by someone under 21 years of age

Account Closure by Player

A player may request account closure at any time through customer support. Any remaining balance must meet the wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn, and funds that have not met the bonus requirements may be forfeited.

tmt55 is not responsible for financial losses, personal losses, or problems arising from a player's own inadequate account security as a result of their gameplay.

• We are not responsible for game losses caused by internet connection drops or interruptions.
• If a deposit is delayed during a bonus period, please verify that the timing meets the requirements yourself before proceeding.
• The service may be temporarily interrupted during scheduled platform maintenance, and we cannot be held responsible for game losses unrelated to prior announcements.

tmt55 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be shown on this page. For significant changes, players may be notified in advance through the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after any changes to these terms, you will be considered to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may contact customer support to close your account.
